Perfect Dark gfx problem

As you can see in the image below, perfect dark isn't rendering properly for me.



I am using 1964 0.99 and the latest Rice plugin with an X850XT.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Problem appears to be specific to the (E) rom and Rice's Video. Works fine with the (U) version.

it works good on project 64.

what I know this is a 1964 thread but it does work better, well cept for there is not sky in my one but that's probably a problem with my integrated graphics card 256 megs of ram and 1.6 ghz processor did I mention it was a laptop on top of that.
