Perfect Dark Cam Spy problem

when I try to use the cam spy, the screen goes black... hwo do I fix that?

Known issue. You'd know about this, had you read the Project64 GameFAQ that is bundled with the emulator. Read it.

Use another video plugin, preferably Glide64 if your system and video card can handle it. Don't expect it to perfectly emulate the Camspy though.

Last time I checked the source of Glitch64, koolsmoky made some texture loading optimizations.

These seem to help out with HWFBE usage of the CamSpy, at least.
