It's pretty early on in the game and after I watch a cutscene that introduces Twink the game stays in the white screen and then an error message comes up and says Cache: Failed To Translate. Anyone have any suggestions?

also wondering if anyone else had this problem because I tried a new save game and got to the same part and it still gave me the error and stopped the game.

yea I fixed it. I just downloaded a new rom. Is there any way to fix the screen flickering other than getting a 3rd part plugin?

No. You will need to try another plugin like Glide64 or Rice or Direct64.
