Orkin's Cel Plugin

As we all remember, Orkin was coming out with the Cel plugin, and gosh it has been agessss since any updates.... So.... Anybody have any ideas about the progress made on it?

Dunno much about him but now is not a good time for progress as second semester has started for us college students.
