OoT Debug rom

I just recently found the Ocarina of Time: Master Quest debug rom. Now, my problem is, how do I use it? I can get it to load in the emulator and play it, but I don't know how to control it, like how to bring up the debug menus. After searching a lot, I keep finding links to this guy Amarok-shadow's website, but it seems like that website is down. It seemed like he had a pretty good explanation on how to use it there, because that's the only link I can ever find on how to use the rom. So, does anyone know how to use and can they tell me how? Or does anyone have the document from amarokshadow's website saved, so that they can send it to me so I can take a look at it? Remember I have absolutely no idea how to use it, but I would really like to play around with this rom. Any help will be appreciated. :)

Taken off the the LoZ: OoT debug version guide:

cpu core style: recompiler
self-modifying code method: check memory advance

default save type: use first used
counter factor: 2
larger compile buffer: no

*although oot uses 4mb, the debug rom needs 8mb to function properly.

I know what settings to use to get it to run. I don't know how to control it. Like how to bring up debug menus and stuff like that.
