my picture is black and white and is stuck on.......

ok i tryed to launch mario sunshine but it black and white also i got stuck on this screen can anyone help me?



i have a:
3.2ghz p4 processor HT
1500 GB of ram ddr
160gb hd
nividia geforce fx 5500 (dose not surrport shatter)

Try to skip the movie...
Your Graphics unit must support shader elements!

The FX5500 does support SM2.0... it's not very good at utilizing it, but it still supports it.

Did you enabled the use shader option in the GFX settings?
