nvidia compatibility

are there any games that run in chankast using nvidia without issues and are playable?
cause i have tried lot of games with my gforce 5600fx and all have issues..
my cpu is 2800+amd

I also have FX5600 - only issues what i have its nvidia bug in SA2 and PSO...
Other games working perfect... Maybe with small glithes, what Radeons have too...

I've got some small glitches with SA2 , sometimes a big black thing covers the half of my screen...
