Any software that converts CDI images to selfboot?

CDI images are already "selfboot". If you try to make them "selfboot" then you will corrupt them and make them useless.

I mean "non self boot" and making them into a CDI image without having to use a boot disk

not all CDIs are selfboot. extract your data from cdi (e.g. with isobuster) then search for "bin2boot" or "dir2boot" (google, megagames etc.).
