No Blur in Majora's Mask using Rice 6.1.1 Beta

Hi, i've started playing Majora's mask and I got my first error at the title screen. Whenever there is a blur (in this case, the mask rotating) the screen stays black until the scene ends and clock town appears. When Link gets transformed into a Deku shrub, the screen also goes black due to it have blur.

Anyway to fix this? I'm on a 6600gt if that helps

because rice´s don´t support that effect

well that's a bummer isn't it. So all the people that use the Hi Res texture packs can't use it them with blur?
