I've been trying for over a year to get GT2 at full speed on my laptop because I travel a lot but it was always too choppy. A friend just told be to try the Seal 0.8 audio plugin and it gives an insane speed boost. The sound quality is good with no studdering (I turn off the cd music). BTW I'm using ePSXe with the Peops 1.05 software video plugin. My other favorite PSX game, Tekken 3, now also runs at full speed with better graphics with Pete's 1.75 video plugin.
