New N64 game: Master Quest/URA ZELDA

If you don't know how to transfer the ROM, just let CRAZY NATION do the work for you. :D

I've been told these settings work on PJ64:

so if this came of a gamecube cd .. then does that mean it has an emulator (on the gamecube cd, for the gamecube) to run it ?

LaC explained that it is most likly that the rom is leaked from Nintendo HQ where they used an actual N64 cart (or something similar) to test master quest before it was ported to GC.

After reading his reasons I tend to agree. Taking the source from a game and altering it slightly to port it to the GC would seem to be a better way to get the game to run on the Cube.

If Master Quest really is recompiled for the GC then our Master Quest ROM would infact be legal mainly because the game was never published as such a ROM and it would infact be impossible for any user to rip the ROM for a non-existant cartage. Thus the only way for any user to have the ROM, or some sort of cartage, would for it to be given out by Nintendo...

Weird variatian of the dungeons thats for sure, you get the big enemys early on... and the dungeon is much more difficult too, this is a shot of the first dungeon:

Few questions:

Why don't they rip the GC Ocarina of Time as well?

Does the GC version of Ocarina of Time have the annoying glitch when turning into an adult prevents you from getting the Deku Nut upgrade in the forest stage in the lost woods with the Mask of Truth? How about the Master Quest?

Use Jabo's D3D6 1.5 and it works fine.

Read the first post in this threat clements... add that stuff to the project64.rdb :p in fact do it for the rdb in the 1964 directory as well..

Ahh, didn't think it was possible to alter it, you have to change the file extension to .txt first. Thanks

HTAFC will rise again!!!
You don't have to change the extention to txt, just right click on the file>Open With>Then scroll down to Notepad.

When your done editing chose File>Save.
