need help! DC emu and tokyo xtreme racer

i downloaded the software on here and as i saved it, it comes as a text file?? how do you work this thing? and can you get tokyo xtreme racer too?

Comes as a text file? Chankast is ditributed in a RAR archive.

Downbnload WinRAR and extract the contents of the RAR archive to a folder.

when im in chankas main window, select run>>start, it says "can't read dc_bios.bin"

You don't have the Dreamcast BIOS.

You Google for it. When you've found it, put it in the same folder where you extracted Chankast.
