N64 to usb adapter sensitivity problems

Hey, I have just installed an N64 to usb adapter, and for whatever reason, the sensitivity is just good, not excellent. I noticed this while playing Super Smash Brothers, and I was unable to fall through thin floors or dash. If someone could please help, it would be most appreciated. btw, i'm running Windows 7, if that helps anything.

I'm not familiar with Win7, but like pevious versions there should be a gaming options applet in the control panel. Use that to calibrate the controller.

Thank you--I just looked on a windows seven forum, and this seems to be a pretty common problem, seeing as game controllers are under "Printers." lol. But, for anyone else having this problem, go to control panel, printers and other devices, and then find your device. The rest should be pretty cut and dry.
