N64 Mouse Plug-in for C&C

I'm new here so bear with me ... I've installed the project64 1.6 and ran the N64 C&C Rom and it runs fine ... but, there is no joystick control for the game, so it sucks ... my question is ... is there a plug-in I can add to allow mouse control in the C&C game?
Any help would be appreciated.

Try the N-Rage input plugin. if you look hard enough, you can even spot the stickied thread devoted to this very plugin on this very same subforum.
