Mupen and Glide Wonder Plus and mouse

How can i hide the mouse when playing with this plugin and Mupen? I use a program called ControlMK you see to control the mouse with an XBox 360 pad and the right stick emulates the mouse. But i also need this for the N64. I have the mouse pointer swinging all over the screen!

Is there a way to hide the pointer?

Also how do you stop the screen saver from kicking in?
