Moving project64 to Flash drive

Alright I copied my pj64 files (C:\Program Files (x86)\Project64 1.6) to my flash drive and everything works fine except my paper mario. It runs fine but it doesnt load my saved game. I never moved my games because they stay in my flash drive.

You'll have to direct PJ64 to the new location of the save folder (assuming you moved it with everything else). It's in the options menu.
