Marvel Vs Capcom 2 - Laggy problem

Ok, chankast says I'm getting 36 frames/close to 40 frames but the deamcast logo is all slow..then the gameplay is slow also..what can I do to fix this?

Well, letting us know your computer specs would be a great start.

yes i enabled capcom hacks, and this is my system specs

1.40 GHZ Processor (Intel Celeron)
256 MB RAM
NVidia GeForce FX 5200 128 MB (PCI) Video Card


and on my other system it looks like this, and it runs fine with no speed problems

the system specs for that screenshot are :

3.06 GHZ Processor (Intel P4)
512 MB RAM
Intel 92915G 128 MB Video Card

I can play all other games like world of warcraft, counterstrike,call of duty 2, etc all fine..but marvel vs capcom 2 in chankast it looks like this

Integrated graphics chips (especially the Intel kind) will not work with Chankast and you will get similar screens in all games like the one in your screenshot. It's fast because your other system has a 3.06 Ghz processor. As for why it is slow on your main system, it's your CPU that makes it slow. 1,4 GHz isn't enough.


Also, never compare PC games to emulation, they aren't the same thing.
