I have mame but when i try to play games like super street fighter 2 turbo it says theres missing files.

I can get street fighter alpha 3 and Street fighter Champ edition to work.

You have older/incomplete SSF2T romset.

You're missing the parent set. Wikipedia happens to reference SF2 Turbo in its explanation.
