Linux Emulator Question

Is there any Emulator for Linux which supports:
Hi-Res Textures (I already have Rice's Plugin for Linux, it came with Mupen)
AND Cheat Codes?

Not yet for Hi-res textures, but Rice recently released the source to his latest plugin with the texture loader, so a port to Linux is feasible.
