The way I used to uninstall the drivers was to find out what it installed, and remove them manually (after "uninstalling" them). Meaning, unzip the driver folder you have, find out what drivers it installed, then, boot into safe mode, use the find thing and search your windows folder. Delete whatever DLL's, inf, ect. ect. files and basically anything else that isn't a .txt file that it installed. Upon real restart, it won't be able to find the drivers themselves. It's a bit of a pain, but it's the only true "uninstall" for it. Just IMO, the best way to remove unwanted drivers.

Btw, that help service has never made any diffrence in shut down or boot up speed for me.
