Known Issue Maybe?

I dunno if this has been posted or resolved because I can't find any threads when searching,lol. But In Super Smash Bros, when I use Samus' energy ball attack, it never grows, is this a problem that can't be fixed or is there a solution to that?
The Specs are in my profile(I think).

What video pluggin do you use? I don't have that problem with jabo's direct3d 8 1.6. If you aren't using that one, you might want to start.

This problem only appears on Jabo's 3D6. Just use 3D8, like Van Halen Man said.
