Keyboard beeps (from mightyrocket)

Describe the Problem:

Error-beep, when pressing some keys you will get an error beep. There won't be any error-message, but it's just irritating.

How to Make this Problem Happen:

By pressing some keys

How Often Does this Problem Happen? [Rarely; Sometimes; Often; Always]:

Always.

Rate the Problem [Not Serious; A Minor Distraction; Annoying; Urgent]:

A Minor Distraction.

[Note: Gent asserts that this happens on XP also.]

If this is the same bug as the one reported in another thread above, then this has been fixed in patch 2003-09-30, and awaiting confirmation. So that there is no confusion, please confirm this bug in here also (even if it is the same bug). Thanks .

I had this bug, and yep it's fixed in the new EXE. Just need MightyRocket to confirm which I think he will
