I have some graphical bugs in the game:

-The tri-rocket launcher's crosshair isn't there
-the grenades' crosshair isn't there
-when a life force door is unlocked, the red emblem above it should turn green, but it's not happening.

Plugins I'm using:
Jabo's direct3D6 1.5.1
Jabo's direct sound 1.5
N-rage's direct input8 V2 1.82a

Can anyone help ?

Don't know much about the game, but what re your PC specs?

I think all those are known issues with Jabo's plugin. You might want to try glN64() 0.41 / Rice's Video 5.5.1 / Glide64 0.7 ME and hope that they fix it, but they will probably break other stuff since they only recently added support for the game.

I was reading on emulation64.net that they have Glide64 0.7 ME running Jet Force Gemini real well....check that out....i wouldnt know for sure yet i'm still looking for the rom (don't help me though)

EDIT - seems Jabo is still the best plugin for this game as the others all gave me even more serious bugs. Glide64 doesn't work at all since it's for Voodoo cards.

yeah go to this site

http://www.emulation64.com/downloads.php?section=wrappers

and download evoodoo v3.99 and extract the files into your pj64 directory...It 'emulates' a voodoo card so the plugin will work for non-voodoo cards try that and tell me if it works any better than jabo's

nope, it works as good as Jabo's & the game is a bit more laggy
