When ever I start p64 it gives me the error message saying that the defult audio plugin is missing or invalid. It then gives me a choice between choosing two different audio plugins or playing with no sound. I selected the plugin that was downloaded with p64 (Jabo's DirectSound 1.0.0.1) and contiuned --- it gave me the same error message and told me to pick agian. I then went to the plugin folder and the selected plugin was there. Do I just need to download the plugin again or do I have to play with no sound?

1.0.0.1? What legacy version of pj are you using? The latest (unless you're looking at the file version via properties?) is 1.6 and 1.7 is under dev.

Oh damn, ya I was looking at the file version through properties, my bad.

You might want to edit that post before something very expected happens.

Do not mention any rom sites, and we would, if possible, like everyone to download pj from the official site to avoid problems. Update your audio drivers and tell us your specs.
