Is there anyway to cap the FPS?

Title explains itself: Playing Rez at 100fps with the music not even being able to keep up is not a pretty sight

Yep, it's possible. Set your refresh rate to 60Hz and force vsync on with your video card drivers.

Somehow that doesn't sound like the easiet/safest way to go about that

I'll just wait until a Chanka comes out that has this as a feature

It's safe, and it's probably the only way.
