Is PJ64 compatible with controllers/gamepads?

Specifically this one:

I am thinking of buying it if I'll be able to play. If so, will I be needing anything else for it to work? i.e. a plugin or something? Thanks for your help.

I don't know about any specific models, but all of the gamepads that I have tried work well with PJ64.

Yes, that pad will work fine with PJ64.

I forgot to mention this, will the rumble feature work, as well?

You may need to switch the Input plugin to N-Rage's rather than Jabo's in the PJ64 config, but otherwise I see no reason for it not to work.
