Is my laptop sufficient for Dolphin?

Hey, I would just like to know if my laptop is decent enough for Dolphin. I've tried to play Megaman X Command Mission on it, but the sound and video are usually out-of-sync. Perhaps it could be my settings, but maybe my setup is not sufficient for Dolphin.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6500 @ 2.10GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.1GHz
Memory: 2048MB RAM
Video Card: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.100226-1909)

That laptop is not likely to play games well with that Intel graphics chip. You'll need to use another computer that has a decent ATI or Nvidia graphics card.

2.1 GHz is also a bit skimpy for GC emulation.
