ioControl: Error <HELP!>

Hey, I've just downloaded and gone through the steps to set up and run Chankast and I'm getting the above error message. The current game that I am trying to run is Street Fighter III: Third Strike. At first I would get through the Dreamcast logo with the swirl and I'd get to the part where you start the game, go to the options or the music, etc., but now I get the error message (its a pop up little window), "ioControl (thats in the topic bar thing) Error). This occurs right when the sound from the swirl settles down.
