IMG files with nSX2 emu

So, I have just started poking around with this ps2 emulator and found a rom for that's in an IMG format. Is there a way I can have nSx2 run an IMG file? I've already tried mounting and running it from the mount drive. Would I just need to burn it to a CD and try running it that way? Or is there some sort of format that this Emulator like. Some enlightenment would be appreciated.

nSX2 won't play any commercial games yet.
That's it. Try PCSX2 instead...
And rip the games yourself instead of "finding" games online.
