There are memory cards with saves from games you can get, not sure about save states.

Select a game, and some of them have 'Game Saves' section.

Those saves are not compatible with dolphin, but with some work you could put those files into a memcard image and make it work. There are some threads about it here somewhere, and I just found there's a tool to do that too:
