i need help

I extracted the evoodo3 and glide64_04 in the plugins directiory and i tried to activate the plugin but it dont show up!!!!! plz help it is appreated lain:

The eVoodoo stuff goes in the Project 64 directory, and Glide64 in the plugin directory.
