You got all the advice you need zaba. You'll get over her, and soon you'll get another girl. Something I realized is that women are not permanent, don't expect them to be, but try to make the right decisions with the one you're with. If it doesn't work out, then it was never meant to be.

Like anything use moderation and things will be much better. I think someone sad "too much sweet stuff will make you sick". I suspect that one needs to control oneself not ones habits control them. I am talking from experience, as I had one brother in Alcoholic's anonymous. He had been subtituting various bad habits for one thing or another. Originally it was smoking then recreational drugs. After he kicked drugs then, pot (boggle another drug) then after pot, smoking again. then alcohol. Then he got into messing around with his computer WAY too much. This isn't over like a few years, I am speaking about 25 years of time. He was a top notch guitarist at one time (IE top in the state might have been made it somewhere interesting, at one time). Now he has no time for music but I think he ended up happy in spite of it all. He doesn't have any more obssessive compulsive habits.
Obsession results in dangerous behavior (for the person or anyone around). So don't start something you know you will end up being obssessed about.
