I am Brazilian and I wanted to ask if to my PC wheel some rom of Game Cube?
AMD XP 2400+
ATI Radeon 9200
1.80GHz 256 mb

I have PIV 3000 and Ati 9200 SE:

Naruto 4 work at 7 FPS, in your PC the game will work at the same speed.

Despite the wrong wording I am pretty certain I know what you meant

Yes it will run some, though:

a) It will be slow (it is slow for everyone, even on the fastest of CPUs)
b) Maybe some graphics issues due to not having Pixel Shader 2.0 support
