Help!

FIrst of all, any help is appreciated. I'm rather new at this, tried downloading Chankast, but my computer can't find anything to run it with. I think it's due to the .rar extension...any ideas?

Get WinRAR, or Power Archiver or 7-zip ( www.7-zip.org , it's free) and extract the RAR archive.

For future reference, unknown file extensions can often be resolved at http://www.filext.com/
