As you are "new to this" you should first read the pinned threads in each forum (they are usually refered as: "read me" or "FAQ" or "before posting..."). If you do this you won't have to ask any questions regarding to this.

Umm..I don't see what is so wrong with his post...Cause its not obviously apparent where to get roms..
