Help with MVC2

Hi there! I'm new at this, and I'll be brief...
It's supposed that Marvel vs Capcom 2 runs (almost) perfect on a PC that meets all the requierments, but in mine it doesn't!!!!
I have: RAM: 1gb, Genuine Intel Cpu @ 1.86GHz, Updated DirectX, WinXP, everything else! And the game speed is good, yet the whole game looks horribly pixelated and with BIG pixels... Is it the ROM?? What can I do? ( By the way this computer I talk about is a laptop)
Thanks for your help---

You wouldn't happen to have an integrated Intel graphics chip in that laptop of your, would you?
If this is the case, then you can forget about using a Dreamcast emulator on that laptop. Get a decent desktop computer with a decent graphics card.

You can try a program called 3DAnalyze and enable "emulate hardware T&L caps", but I can't say if that remedies your problem.

Does yours look even remotely similar?
