Help with Logitech Dual Action Controller

When i play with the controller mentioned in the title, the right stick is continually spinning to the left, i tried with my brothers controller and it does the same, although on my brothers computer they both work fine... Im not sure if its a vista issue (im running vista, my brother is not)

any help would be appreciated

Note: I have tried with at least 3 USB ports and i do not havea ny other controllers hooked up

Update to the latest Logitech Gaming Software version, calibrate the sticks.
