The newest one. Since you're using 32-bit Windows, you'll want the 32-bit Windows build.

JIT and JITIL are two different JIT compilers for Dolphin that are being developed concurrently AFAIK. x86 = regular 32-bit CPU instructions, works on 32-bit or 64-bit computers. x64 = 64-bit CPU instructions, only works on 64-bit computers with 64-bit operating systems. Just grab the latest SVN for now if you want the "best" version. I don't think there's been an official release in some time.

You can enable the dual-core option in Options->Configure for a few extra FPS, but I doubt you'll get full speed on a 2GHz CPU. For graphics make sure you're using the OpenGL plugin, though graphics problems may be due to your graphics card. (I don't know if that Intel chip supports the features required by Dolphin.)

A few members do fairly regular SVN builds that may be more up-to-date than Dolphin's "bi-weekly" builds, but AFAIK nothing too groundbreaking has happened recently speed-wise.

If you downloaded the most recent SVN, you have it.

Okay, with an Intel integrated graphics chip, just forget it. That's not going to happen, trust me I've tried.
