/HELP NEEDED\ Transfer Pokèmon from GBA to N64

If you have your transfer pak emulation working correctly, and you're asking about how it's done within Pokemon Stadium, then it's done at the point where you pick your team right before starting a match.
I have Pokemon Stadium 1 - you go to select your team on the 'select entry pokemon' screen. It says 'choose from where?' - select your GBA cart. Select your six pokemon and select 'OK to register' and it saves a copy of the team to the cart for use in any battles (so long as they meet the level restrictions depending on your battle type).
To actually move pokemon from the GBA cart to the N64 cart is possible too, it's done in the Pokemon Lab. Though that's basically just a system for increasing the amount of pokemon you can store, or for transferring pokemon between GBA carts.
