Having issues while playing perfect dark

Well i got a problem while i play perfect dark, its about the sound, its..SHitty you know, Emm
i wanna know if theres some kind of driver or something i can do to make it better,
I got a crappy pc Heres the info...

Windows xp
Intel Pentium III 790 MHz~
512 Ram (iwas thinking this is the real problem)
Directx Version: Directx 9.0c
video card: Rage 128 pro Agp 4x Tmds
Audio: Creative Sound blaster pci

I also use the emulator project64...

To be honest, you will not have a great experience with this game with that kind of PC, due to the sub-par CPU and very sub-par graphics card. The sound will be off due to not reaching fullspeed. Perfect Dark has high requirements compared to most N64 games.

Probably the best setup would involve 1964 + Jabo's D3D6 1.6.1, but you'll probably get numerous additional graphical glitches on top of the known issues in the plugin.
