Has anyone run Dolphin on 64-bit computer?

Generally, everyone should have a 32-bit computer. I just wonder that whether 64-bit com will push a little bit faster on Dolphin?

Mine's 64 bit, but the OS is 32 bit (Win XP Pro). Unless Dolphin were specifically written to take advantage of 64 bit, there's little performance improvement. The only reason one would suggest it runs better on 64 bit is because Athlon 64/X2's tend to be faster than your average Pentium 4. :p

I run a 64bit computer and when I use dolphin I run it in a true 64 bit environment (win XP 64bit edition). Not that it makes any diffrence though. Maybe if they wrote the code to make use of the 64bit environment, but currently they don't offer a 64bit version, so it's the same thing as running it on a 32bit OS.

My dad has an Athlon 64 3000+ Socket 939 w/ 1GB Dual channel and an FX 5600, also a Sempron 2600+ Socket 754 server at his workplace and no differences there.
