Bad news.
I reformatted and did a clean install of XP, and the graphics are still buggerd. I didnt instal the GTA3 patch either. Just DX9 and the 41.09s.
Anybody got any suggestions? 'Cos I'm startin to think my graphics card mite be over-heating or really straining. It's the most budget GF4 MX440SE SDRAM version out there. It's a Inno3D "Tornado". The clock frequencies are even lower than most (250,333 mhz). The worst thing is is that it only scored 3600 on 3DMark!!!!
It mite b that the card is faulty.<_<
Anyways, I'll try my mates Gainward GF4MX440 and tell of any news.
Oh yeah, cooliscoo- r u running on 16 or 32bit- cos the readme sez that GF4 MX cards have problems running on 32bit. I was just checkin to see if this was true
