I was trying to record with hyperam 2 and said soemthing about the Quality was messed up... So i lowered the things the Troubleshooting told me to, then when i tried to open the ROM, it says Cannot Open ROM because Plugins have not Successfully Initialized... When i try to change the Plugins it says Initialize the DLL before you try config it! So how do i get it to work/?! 
Edit: You can delete this, i uninstalled and downloaded again and it works now, sorry..
