Graphix Problem

I have this 1 solid problem here.

I have my games set up. Whenever I open the game file, a pop-up says:

Can't Init D3d.
You probably haven't installed the last version (9.0c)

Now here's the problem. I download DirectX 9.0c, but as I install it, an error pops up saying that there are components within the installation that can't be trusted... so the installation fails.

How do I bypass this?

Where did you download it from? It might be a trojan. Grab it from MS itself:

Yes, but have you gone to the updates site and gotten Service Pack 2?

Any game made in the past 8 months should have 9.0c on the CD.

when i want to run a game ... its said --> "Fatal Error" failed to load ansi_font.bin and sjis_font.bin" .... and i loaded more than 3 times but nothing happens the same error

anyone knows wats the mistake?
