So, what's the situation with Goldeneye on PJ64? Whener I try to run it the game runs really slow, is this my GFX Card again, being Intel?

or is there something I can/need to do to run Goldeneye?

It's almost certainly the graphics chip.

PJ just can't handle the game well, it's a *known issue*. Use another emu, supposedly 1964, and UltraHLE can handle it nicely.

the officially correct way of phrasing this is "Project64 has higher than normal system requirements for this game (and a small number of others)"
