Glide Plugin and Fraps Resolution Error

Video Plugin: Glide64 "Napalm WX" release 1 (set to run the MM/OoT Shaders)
Recorder: Fraps 1.5.4

The problem: When I record the video with any Glide plugin, the video is abnormally large. I attempted to use 640x480, but it comes out at 640x502. This is a problem because I cannot seem to edit out the extra black bar that this creates (plus it shrinks the rest of the video a bit).

Does anyone know how to fix this, or if I can? It runs perfectly on the standard plugin, plus screenshots are perfect size too. Glide64 Naplam WX is sadly mandatory because I want to record with the beautiful shader on.

Thanks,

Rome

Edit: I should mention that the emulator screenshots are a perfect 640x480. Fraps screenshots are the same as the videos. I believe this is because of an error in how it handles the spot with the listings of framerate and the like. How does one remove this (to see if it gets fixed)?

Double Edit: It's a bit better in full screen, but still lives a small black bar across the bottom.
