LOL ok this is funny (well sort of), I recently got an email telling me about some sort of service, I sent back a response with the title SPAM in it. That company/service then sent me an email back saying this
Dear Joe,
We have received your email regarding your Spam
complaint, Ericware Technologies does not tolerate
SPAM of any kind.
However without a copy of the offending email we can
not research your complaint. Please forward the
offending email to:
[email protected]
Our Policy of dealing with Spam Complaints is as
followed:
1-The offending member's account with us will be
suspended upon review of the Spam complaint.
2- If, after researching the complaint, they are found
to have SPAMMED, then they will immediately, without
warning, have their account terminated.
3-The offending party who uses the Ericware sites or
personalized web address for the practice of SPAMMING,
may be liable for any expenses incurred by Ericware to
reverse any actions taken as a result of said SPAMMING
We apologize for the inconvenience and will begin
researching your complaint immediately

Please note that it is a federal offense to falsely
accuse an individual and/or company of sending
unsolicited eMail. If it is determined that you have
falsely accused Ericware Technologies or any of it's
systems or members of sending unsolicited eMails you
will face a penalty of $500 U.S. dollars per hour,
plus Legal Fees for any length of down time Ericware
Technologies of any of it systems experiences because
of your actions.
Now I didn't ask for the information that they had sent to me so doesn't that mean the email Ericware Technologies sent me is spam? also the part about being fined $500 U.S. dollars per hour plus Legal Fees is kind of rediculous.
