geepee 32 input problem

im tryin to get this emulator up and going, all i need now is a way to use my gamepad. i have read in other forums that the latest build doesnt save your input settings correctly, so is there a way i can manually change it. i am using an axis gamepad. thanks

ps. is there a program that will let you change keys on your keyboard to buttons on your gamepad? thanks again
