feature request: on-screen settings

few things are as useful as a good frontend to manage all of your different emulators under a single interface. with so many people using a frontend these days, it would be very useful to have the project64 menu options available from an on-screen keyboard-driven menu (like mame). particularly, it would be useful to have such an interface for cheats, save states, controller config, etc.

pj64 is really awesome. keep up the great work!
