Ok, I've been playing Exictebike 64 on PJ64 1.5 beta 1, and I must say it runs really smoothly, probably more smoothly than any other rom I have. There's only one problem, and I'm not even sure if it's a problem with PJ64 or not.
Supposedly when you beat the silver round on novice difficulty, you're supposed to unlock the Soccer Special Track mode. Well I've beat it twice now, and it says that soccer is now unlocked, but when I go to special tracks it says that it's still locked. Now the second time I beat it I turned off register caching because I remember reading somewhere that it can sometimes cause events to not be triggered in games, but it still didn't help.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this error and if there is a solution to it. I thought at one point it might be part or a piracy protection thing, but it seems like a silly way of protecting the game.
